| Brian McKnight topped four other competitors to establish
the new to APBA Cal-Ore River Racer Hydro class. His speed was 82.142 mph.
This class races white water marathons on the Rogue and Klamath Rivers as
well as other venues for over 50 years. Class specs. are: 13'-6"
hydro, stock 44 cu. in. Mercury powerhead, pipes allowed, racing
lowerunit, 2 blade prop, overall weight 575 lbs. Many races have over 20
boats entered. |
