all persons who plan to Officiate and / or Train as race site

and intent on Reports must be explained both verbally and in copy / transcript
so that ALL ISSUES are understood. This will expedite resolutions for the
Board of Directors and ratification from the Membership.

6:00 PM NO HOST COCKTAILS
7:00 PM DINNER Tri-Tip or Breast of Chicken
$24:00 per Person and $15:00 for ages 15 and under.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Special rates for rooms and RV parking. Fifteen (15) rooms
blocked until February 8, 2001.
